Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Sheet Intelligence add-on and website (the "Service"), provided by Code Crafters ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent you are authorized to bind it.
Seller of record. The Service is sold by Code Crafters, not by Google. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service, billing, or support.
1. The Service
Sheet Intelligence is an AI assistant for Google Sheets that reads and analyzes the spreadsheet you have open and proposes edits that are applied only after you approve them. To generate responses it sends your spreadsheet content and messages to our AI sub-processor (Anthropic's Claude) under a zero-retention arrangement, as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must have a valid Google account and keep your credentials secure. You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to access data that is not yours; reverse-engineer or resell the Service except as allowed by law; use it to violate any law or third-party right; or upload content you lack the rights to process.
3. Fees, billing, and refunds
- The Service is offered on a flat-rate subscription basis at the price shown at purchase. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from the billing portal (via the link in your account or your Lemon Squeezy receipt email) or by emailing info@sheetintelligence.app; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: The free scan requires no payment, so you can try the Service before you pay. For paid subscriptions we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment — email info@sheetintelligence.app within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. After that you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
- Taxes are your responsibility except where we are required to collect them.
4. AI output — no warranty of correctness
The Service uses a large language model to analyze data and suggest changes. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing every proposed change before approving it and for verifying any analysis before relying on it for decisions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Your data
Your use of Google user data is governed by the Privacy Policy and, for business customers, our Data Processing Agreement (https://sheetintelligence.app/dpa.html). You retain all rights to your content.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and take effect on the date posted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate as described here. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy / DPA.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes are subject to the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country.
