Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Sheet Intelligence spreadsheet integrations and website (the "Service"), provided by Code Crafters ("we", "us"). By accepting these Terms in the sign-in or account flow you agree to them and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. AI processing requires a separate affirmative acknowledgment before workbook content is sent. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent you are authorized to bind it.
Service provider and transaction merchant. Code Crafters provides and supports the Service. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout and handles payment collection, applicable transaction taxes and payment remedies under its terms and applicable law. Google™ and Microsoft™ do not sell or endorse the Service and are not responsible for its billing or support.
Both integrations are in private preview. Public marketplace installation is not available yet. Platform capabilities differ: the current browser add-in for Microsoft Excel™ supports selected-range context and approved cell-value edits. Desktop and mobile use are not supported in that preview. A paid subscription increases account allowances; it does not grant preview access or combine accounts using different sign-in identities.
1. The Service
Sheet Intelligence is an AI assistant for Google Sheets™ and Microsoft Excel™ that reads and analyzes the spreadsheet you have open and proposes edits that are applied only after you approve them. Selected workbook context and messages are sent to the approved AI provider chosen by us for your integration, as described in the Privacy Policy and provider register. Customers subscribe to the Service; they do not select the underlying model. Anthropic is the default. Google Sheets routes may use approved Anthropic, paid Gemini or OpenAI APIs and never Kimi or DeepSeek. Microsoft Excel routes may additionally use Kimi or DeepSeek once approved and disclosed. Supported routes are not necessarily enabled. Provider retention and data-use terms differ; we do not promise zero retention for every provider. An eligible Microsoft route that permits provider model training requires separate optional permission and applicable customer authorization; it is not enabled merely by accepting these Terms.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must have a valid Google or Microsoft account for the corresponding integration and keep your credentials secure. Accounts using different verified identities are separate. You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to access data that is not yours; reverse-engineer or resell the Service except as allowed by law; use it to violate any law or third-party right; or upload content you lack the rights to process.
Do not submit sensitive or regulated personal data, children's personal data, or protected health information unless we have expressly agreed to a suitable supported arrangement. Do not use outputs as the basis for regulated credit, employment, medical or other decisions about people. Your authority to use a workbook does not automatically authorize training on information about others.
3. Fees, billing, and refunds
- The Service is offered on a flat-rate subscription basis at the price shown at purchase. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from the billing portal (via the link in your account or your Lemon Squeezy receipt email) or by emailing info@sheetintelligence.app; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: For purchases made under this version, we do not offer discretionary refunds, including prorated refunds for unused time or unused allowances. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access until the end of the paid period. This policy does not exclude refunds, withdrawal rights or other remedies required by applicable law, Lemon Squeezy's applicable obligations, or a refund commitment already made to you before this version. It does not retroactively remove the previously published first-payment guarantee. Contact info@sheetintelligence.app for a billing issue. Any required refund is handled through the transaction merchant.
- The checkout displays price, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes. Lemon Squeezy collects applicable transaction taxes in its merchant-of-record role. A subscription renews until canceled; any trial or discount expiry is described at checkout.
4. AI output — no warranty of correctness
The Service uses a large language model to analyze data and suggest changes. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing every proposed change before approving it and for verifying any analysis before relying on it for decisions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Your data
Our handling of Google and Microsoft integration data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for business customers, our Data Processing Agreement. You retain all rights to your content.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified before they apply where required. We request fresh acceptance when the agreement, AI notice or enabled recipients change. Changes do not remove accrued rights. You can access cancellation, support and data-rights controls without accepting a new AI-processing notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate as described here. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy / DPA.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes are subject to the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country.
