Question 1

Can I install it today?

Accepted Answer

Public marketplace installation is not available yet. Contact us for installation instructions and help with access. Signing in here opens your account dashboard; install the assistant separately in your spreadsheet.

Question 2

Does it do the same things on both platforms?

Accepted Answer

The conversation and review experience is shared. The browser add-in for Microsoft Excel™ reads selected ranges and supports approved value edits. The add-on for Google Sheets™ also supports workflows involving formulas, formatting, and charts. Features and limits vary by platform.

Question 3

Does the browser add-in support desktop or mobile?

Accepted Answer

The add-in supports Microsoft Excel™ in the browser. Desktop and mobile versions are not currently supported.

Question 4

What happens to my spreadsheet data?

Accepted Answer

It works in the spreadsheet you open it in. Relevant workbook content and your prompts are sent to our backend and the enabled AI providers disclosed before processing. Google Workspace data is never used to train general AI models. Excel training requires separate optional permission and approved safeguards. Our privacy policy explains sharing, retention and deletion. Every edit needs your approval.

Question 5

Will it make changes without asking?

Accepted Answer

Proposed spreadsheet edits require your approval. Review the proposed changes and check important results: AI can make mistakes, and approval is not a guarantee of correctness.

Question 6

Where can I get help?

Accepted Answer

Email info@sheetintelligence.app for setup, billing, account, or data requests. Include the platform and a description of the issue; never send passwords, access tokens, or confidential workbook content.
